Ordering

  • Place items in your cart.
  • Checkout using standard checkout or PayPal.
  • Provide email, name, and shipping address.
  • Enter any valid promo code in Discount field.
  • Confirm shipping → enter payment → Complete Order.

Received Wrong or Missing Items
Provide customer support with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo (<1MB) of issue
    Replacement items will be shipped at no cost. Email: service@slimverra.com

Checking Order Status
Confirmation emails contain order number and details. Check spam if not received.

Order Changes
You may request changes before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day. Contact: service@slimverra.com

Managing Your Cart

  • View items → cart icon
  • Adjust quantity → Quantity field
  • Remove item → click Remove
