Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You can request cancellation before the item has shipped or entered production.
If approved before shipment, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please contact support prior to returning any items. You must follow the return instructions provided.
Customers will only be responsible for one shipping fee in total, which may include the original shipment and the return shipment.
No restocking fees are applied.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, an email confirmation will be sent.
You will be notified if the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within a few business days, depending on the payment processor.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider; processing may take a few days.
- Contact your bank; timing varies across institutions.

Return Shipping
Once a return is approved, detailed instructions will be sent by support.
If returning for personal reasons, shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
If returning due to damage, defect, or incorrect items, shipping costs are covered.
